Our commitment to you begins from the moment you place your order with us. When you use an Exit9 product you can be assured of quality and value. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply email our Customer Service Department and arrangements will be made for returns or exchanges. Our return policy is simple. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return merchandise. All returns must be pre-authorized. Non-authorized returns will not be accepted. Returns must be received within 14 days from the date you received the item(s). Once the items are received we will credit your credit card back the original amount of the item(s) less shipping charges. Items returned outside the 14 day grace period will not be accepted.
Shipping mistakes - In the event that we goof and ship merchandise to the wrong address, we will gladly and promptly re-ship. Conversely, if a package is shipped to an incorrectly provided address or non-deliverable address, then the customer is responsible for the cost of a re-ship. Packages that are refused by the receiver and returned to us will not receive a refund until we are contacted for pre-authorized return.
