Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping charges are calculated using weight and distance. The shipping charges will be calculated as part of your shopping cart check-out and you will know the charges before you finalize your payment.  
  • Generally, all orders are shipped out the following business day.
  • During busy times it may take an extra day or two for us to pack up and ship out your order. So please incorporate a day or two for handling time before shipping.
  • We only ship within the US and territories. 
  • We do ship outside the US for large gift box orders using our shipping partner. Ask us. 
  • Any free shipping offers only apply to shipping address within the continental United States. This excludes AK and HI.   Free shipping only applies to ground shipping, this excludes any expedited air freight.


  • Problems with shipping are rare. If by chance we make a mistake in shipping, we will gladly and promptly re-ship.
  • If we ship to the exact address provided and it is not a deliverable address, then the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
  • Packages that are refused by the receiver and returned to us will not receive a refund until we are contacted and instructed how to proceed with the order.


  • You can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order with an original receipt or packing invoice. Email us at customerservices[at] to pre-approve returns.
    • Once approved, you can make the return to any Exit9 store or ship your item(s) to our returns department. Please pack your items with the original receipt or packing invoice and ship by insured, traceable mail. UPS, Federal Express, USPS, and other carriers that offer this service. We are not responsible for any untraceable packages that do not reach us. 


  • Returns that are mailed back without pre-approval may not be accepted as a return item.
  • Special orders items (ordering items that we do not normally carry) are not returnable.
  • Returns of bulk gift items or curated boxes are not returnable.
  • Failure to provide Exit9 with proper shipping details on your special order or bulk items  will delay delivery. These orders are not returnable. Once a special/bulk order is approved and paid for,  it is not returnable.

Fraudulent Orders

Exit9 has a zero tolerance policy regarding fraudulent orders.  If your order is suspected of fraud, we will require that you provide identification in order to verify your identify and to process your order.  Failure to provide the necessary identification will result in the cancellation of your order and NO REFUND will be granted. 


There is no guarantee that items returned without pre-approval will receive refunds. We are very reasonable folks, so please take a minute to contact us customerservices[at] at the beginning of the return process.

Exit9 is currently unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Sale merchandise
  • Opened items
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items returned without an original receipt or packing invoice
  • Special orders
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use
  • Price adjustments are not permitted
  • Earrings or underwear garments
