The Process: With Exit9, the gift giving process takes just three steps, and it goes like this.
Step 1: Decide the items you want in a box and submit your order.
There are two ways to submit your order:

- Standard way: Fill your shopping cart and your order will be processed normally. This option is good for those who want any one of our existing curated boxes. Our system processes your credit card, and we will ship out. If you have boxes going to multiple locations, be prepared create one transaction for each shipping location.
- Want to customize some boxes? Email us to discuss exactly what you want. We'll do our best to meet your needs and your deadline.
Step 2: Review and Make Payment
- We input the order information you send into our system and email you an order for
your review and payment.
- The order will show your items ordered, shipping costs and any applied discounts.
- You review the order and make payment via credit card or business check.
- Once we receive payment, we get busy packing your order and shipping it right away
(or according to the ship date you requested).
Step 3: Pack and Ship
- Once we receive payment, we process your order, pack and ship.
- We pack the gift boxes in padded, printed cardboard gift boxes that are suitable to be shipped as is, safe and sound.
- We ship within the United States using UPS. Shipments on orders outside the US may be
considered with sufficient lead-time. See below for more details on shipping.
- When you order ships we will email you a notice and tracking.
